By phone or video call. Together we confirm the scope, the real uses of the site, the applicable standard and the operating constraints.

Written proposal
You receive the content of the study, the expected deliverables, the lead time and the related budget. You then decide, with no automated follow-up from us.

The documents that speed up a lighting study
None of these documents is required to write to us. Each of them, however, cuts down the back and forth and lets us get into the calculation faster.
- A dimensioned plan of the site, as PDF or DWG, even an old one.
- The heights: under ceiling, under truss, under cable tray, or height of the existing masts.
- The nature of the surfaces and walls: light concrete, dark cladding, racking, stands, stainless steel tanks. Reflection coefficients weigh heavily in the result.
- The inventory of the existing installation: type of sources, unit power, number of light points, approximate age of the installation.
- The real uses and their hours: workstations, circulation, competition, training, maintenance, video.
- The target standard if one is imposed: classification level of a sports federation, the project owner's specification, an insurer's requirement.
- The constraints of the site: ATEX zone, damp or dusty atmosphere, high-pressure washing, extreme temperatures, light pollution to limit.
You have none of these documents? That is common, especially on inherited installations. The on-site survey is then an integral part of our assignment.
Processing of your data
The information collected in this form is processed by Luminance Consulting, data controller, whose full contact details appear in the legal notice.
Its sole purpose is to study your request, to answer it and, where applicable, to draw up a proposal. The legal basis for the processing is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Your data is intended only for the Luminance Consulting teams in charge of studies and client relations, and for our host, which acts as a processor. It is never sold, transferred or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
It is kept for three years from our last exchange, in line with the CNIL recommendations on business-to-business prospecting, then deleted or archived according to the applicable legal obligations.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

- Requests received through the form are handled every working day. A request sent on Friday afternoon or at the weekend gets its first reply on the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Visits and scoping meetings are by appointment.
- On-site surveys can be scheduled outside normal hours, at night or during technical shutdowns, when operations require it.

The Tauxigny site is our postal address and our logistics depot. It does not receive visitors: our engineers are out surveying sites and we work all over France. For a project, a phone call is enough to qualify the need, then we come and measure on your premises.

Study and equipment: two separate jobs
A lighting study is only worth something if the calculation comes before the choice of equipment. Our calculations use the photometric files of the manufacturers on the market, and the recommendation is first expressed as performance targets. Then comes the equipment, which we stand behind: we work in particular with the French brand Rexylum, whose ranges we know in detail, as well as with Filamento Lighting and ranges designed for extreme environments.
